"Cody Roberts is in his fifth year with the University of Iowa Olympic Strength and Conditioning staff. He directly serves the Softball, Rowing, and Track &amp;amp; Field programs, as well as collaborative work with the Sport Science and Sports Nutrition departments.  He has spent time as an adjunct professor for the Health &amp;amp; Human Physiology Department at Iowa and is currently a research reviewer for the Science for Sport Performance Digest Technology &amp;amp; Monitoring chapter since 2019.
He’s worked in the NCAA Division I level since 2008, at Bradley University as the Assistant Athletic Director for Sport Performance since 2010-16, and earned a Master of Science in Education in Exercise Science from the University of Kansas in 2009-10 while working as a Graduate Assistant Strength &amp;amp; Conditioning Coach with the Olympic Sports Performance Staff. Prior to earning his graduate degree, he worked as an Intern and Graduate Assistant Strength Coach at Illinois State University in 2008. A native of Bloomington, IL, Roberts was a four-year member of the Track and Field team at the University of Kansas, where he was a discus and hammer thrower.
