<p>&quot;Dr Phil Price is a Senior Lecturer in Strength and Conditioning and Biomechanics at St Mary&#39;s University, and is the course lead for the MSc in Strength and Conditioning (distance learning). Phil is part of the HIFIm research team investigating the use of exercise countermeasures for training in microgravity, and is the host of The Progress Theory Podcast. Phil has an interest in concurrent/hybrid training and has recently released the book &#39;The science of hybrid training&#39; available form Amazon.&quot;</p>
