About Colm

"Colm Woulfe completed his Masters Degree in Sport & Exercise at Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand.
His thesis was on the acute physiological effects of strongman training.
Since completing his masters degree Colm has worked as an online strength coach and personal trainer.
He is also a professional strongman having won NZSM multiple times and has competed at WSM twice.
Currently on a hiatus from competition due to covid restrictions and injury he plans to return to competition in 2023."
