"Elliott Richardson is a Strength and Conditioning Coach with a passion for a high performance approach to solving problems. Currently he works in a civilian role with the Canadian Armed Forces. Previously he was was the Head S&C Coach and Manager, Sports Performance at Acadia University (Nova Scotia, Canada). He holds an MSc. Strength & Conditioning (with distinction) from St. Mary’s University – Twickenham, London. He is a former professional athlete, having spent three years in the Canadian Football League."
