About Danny

"Danny is the head strength and conditioning coach at Virginia High Performance, where he specializes in working with active duty and Veteran military personnel, mostly including Special Operations Command and Special Forces personnel. For the last three years, Danny has led the coaching staff and overseen all training aspects of the VHP program.

In 2018, Danny launched a personal-professional business Rude Rock Strength which provides remote-based training, individual coaching, and content publications. While still in its infancy, Rude Rock has grown to nearly 2,000 subscribers and currently utilized in over 80 countries.
Danny has become mostly known for his fascial-based training perspective and applications. He has presented at numerous national conferences on the subject, along with publishing over 20 articles and webinars on fascial-based training. Danny is also a prominent contributor for the SimpliFaster organization. He received both his bachelors and masters in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University."
